This website is operated by LIVARO Creation (“LIVARO”, “we”, “us”), a studio for premium interior design and custom furniture serving clients in Egypt and the Gulf. 2. What we collect

When you submit the Start Your Project form we collect your name and phone/WhatsApp number (required), your email address (optional), your project type, the services you need and the project location, and, if you choose, the approximate area, current stage, expected start, a budget preference, how you found us and any notes you write. We also record the language you used, the page you submitted from, and basic source information (for example the link or campaign that brought you here and your first visit page).

If you message us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the information you send. This website does not ask you to upload files.

3. How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare proposals and follow up with you, to understand which channels bring enquiries, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Consent and legal basis

You send the form voluntarily. By ticking the consent box you agree that LIVARO may contact you about your enquiry and process the information you provide as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process your messages under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information where the law requires it. 6. Cookies and local storage
